Research and development works aimed at simplification of frequency allocation procedure applied to civil radioelectronic facilities

This service includes the following types of works:

• Studying of international and national frequency regulations and standardization taking account of specific frequency bands under consideration;
• Examination of the frequency usage for bands under consideration in the Russian Federation;
• Examination of the current state and specific features of frequency allocation procedure applied to civil radioelectronic facilities and determination of possibility of its simplification;
• Development of EMC studying methods to determine the possibility of the frequency sharing of various radioelectronic facilities for the purpose to prepare proposals on simplification of frequency allocation procedure applied to civil radioelectronic facilities;
• Performing theoretical EMC studies to determine the frequency sharing conditions for various radioelectronic facilities;
• Development of proposals on simplification of frequency allocation procedure applied to civil radioelectronic facilities.
